Cancellation conditions
If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 65 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Preauthorize
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Children and Extra Bed Policy
All children are welcome. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy
50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
VAT and city/tourist taxes
14 % VAT is included. Service charge is included.
1 % city/tourist tax per room per night is included.
